An exciting new venture for us

Welcome! My name is Laura-Kate and this is the start of an exciting new venture. I am a nutritional therapist (specialising in pre and postnatal programs) and mother of two who has battled with PCOS. I understand the challenges that women face within their bodies first hand and I’m here to tell you that there is hope.

Through my own journey to healing, I discovered the transformative power of nutrition. By making simple yet effective changes to my diet and lifestyle, I not only managed my PCOS symptoms but also achieved my dream of becoming a mother – twice!

We’re in this together

Now, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others who are on a similar path. Through this website and my social media, I offer personalized guidance and support to help you take control of your health and fertility.

But my approach doesn’t stop there. I believe in the importance of cultivating a connection to the food we eat, which is why I grow as much of my own fruit and vegetables at home and on my allotment. By nurturing my own food from seed to plate, I ensure that it’s not only nourishing but also sustainable.

I’m here for you

On this site, you’ll find a wealth of resources, including tips, recipes, and guidance on how to incorporate healthy, whole foods into your diet. Whether you’re struggling with PCOS, fertility issues, or simply want to live a healthier life, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Although, I’m not taking on new one-on-one clients right now, my inbox is always open for questions, advice or a general chit chat, so feel free to drop me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Navigate through the menu to find the topics that you came here for. I have so much content to get online so keep checking back or join my mailing list.

Plant the seed and take the first steps towards a healthier, happier you.

  • Spicy Fall Pumpkin Soup

One thing that I look forward to most in Fall, is the arrival of pumpkins! This means that I can stock up and create batches of spicy pumpkin soup. This recipe is a made up “lazy” soup and other than preparing the vegetables, doesn’t take a much time to make. I usually make this soup…

  • Hearty Minestrone Soup

An tasty winter warmer or weekday lunch, this hearty minestrone soup is full of flavour and nutrition. I stumbled across this recipe whilst looking for a new “fridge soup”. Being a busy mum, I find it hard to prioritise time making three healthy meals a day, instead of just grabbing something quick. This recipe takes…

  • Twice blessed: Second Miracle Baby in Less Than 3 Months

I can’t believe that we are now twice blessed with a second miracle baby and did it again in less than 3 months. I am in total shock. I’ve barely even stopped breastfeeding and there’s no period in sight. I started to feel nauseous and tired, but put it down to one of the many…

  • Allotment – Winter Mess To Magic

This is not how we found it. Towards the end of the summer 2023, I’d finally got my hands on a full-size allotment plot, but it hadn’t been touched in years and was completely overgrown. Being heavily pregnant and still working at the office, so any thoughts of clearing it were at the back of…

  • Dealing With My Pregnancy Hormones

Lets talk dealing with pregnancy hormones. I’ve been feeling pretty down for the past few weeks.
